Welcome to the the icon journal of ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) tirwen_star03. Most of what's posted here will be icons, but sometimes I also post other graphics such as banners, headers, and wallpapers.
Friending is always appreciated, no need to hesitate.
Requests are welcome. However, (new, as of 06/18/05) they will only be filled if you post them at the appropriate place. The same rules apply to requested graphics as to regular ones.
Read the rules before taking anything. They're not hard to follow.

R U L E S
1) Comment on the post from where you're taking something, (I don't mind getting comments on old posts), or even if you just want to tell me what you think.
2) Credit me (either as fading_melody or tirwen_star03). For icons, credit me in the keywords or comments (how to credit). For banners and headers, you can do it in a post, or in your user info.
3) Don't hotlink. No one likes to have their bandwidth stolen. If you hotlink to my icons (post their URLs elsewhere), you're using my bandwidth and making it run out, which makes most of the images in here unavailable.
Right click-->Save is the way to go. If you need somewhere to host an image, Photobucket is a good site.

4) Don't modify. I meant these icons to be the way they are. If you'd like one slightly different, make a request.
5) If you wish to post these elsewhere, you must ask me first. Though, there is one exception--award nominations, which I love. :)
